Guidelines
The APS 2024 organizing committee cordially invites you to submit Free paper.
All Abstracts must be submitted online via “Free Paper Submission System” through the website no later than February 16 (Fri), 2024.
Submitted abstracts can be revised on the website during the abstract submission period. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of KSAPS.
Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstracts.

Please use online abstract submission system through symposium website https://www.apskorea.or.kr according to the submission formats.
It is authors’ responsibility to review the abstracts and correct them. Submitters are responsible for every typing error on the abstracts.

Free Paper Guideline
Abstract Format
- - Less than 30 characters in the abstract title
- - Within 250 words in the contents
- - Up to 4 figures or tables

All abstracts must be submitted online via the APS 2024 website.
Abstract submitted via email, fax or regular mail will neither be accepted nor acknowledged.

All abstracts must be written in clear English, and submitted wither as oral or E-Poster presentation.

It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.

Abstract titles should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.

All articles should contain a brief, clear statement of the background (Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusion) of your work.

Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, the submission system will not accept anything beyond that.

Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline on My Page.

A confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter, the presenting author and corresponding author by e-mail upon their on-line submission. Therefore, please submit the right contact details; otherwise, the presenter will not receive important information about his/her presentation.

The reviewers reserve the right to reallocate the submitted abstracts to other session.

Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the conference and Presenter are required to register for the conference separately and the presenting author must register for the meeting during the period of Regular registration (March 10 (Sun), 2024).
Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by email to presenting, corresponding and abstract submitting author by February 28 (Wed), 2024.
Withdrawal of Abstracts

If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the Secretariat, ksaps@innon.co.kr in writing as soon as possible.
